Summary: Love Flip Diapers!!!!
Comment: I love these diapers and stay dry inserts. High quaility and very absorbant. I have about 12 inserts and four covers and I have more than enough for my three mos old who pee's constantly. I do wash daily so you may need more if you would not. My husband loves them and thinks they look adorable on his little girl. You can add another insert at night if you have a heavy wetter. I do not like the organic insert as much because it is harder to hand clean and seems less comfortable for my daughter. The snaps seem very durable and I had more blow outs in the disposable diapers we used for a week than I have with these for the last three months.
I highly recommend this product.

Summary: love the cover...the isert okay
Comment: I have been using the flip, econobum, and bumgenius 3.0 for about 4 months. The flip cover is great. never leaks poo and fits trim and secure. The insert is very absorbent but does not always catch the poo. So, I can reuse the cover when my son wets the insert but not when he has a BM. I CAN reuse the cover when he has a BM if I use a prefold or fitted diaper. The flip insert does work well in the bumgenius.

Summary: I do flips for my FLIP diaper!!!
Comment: When I started cloth diapering last year all I had was some covers and prefolds. Cloth diapering was fine at home, but NOT out and about because the prefolds were just not absorbent enough. I was changing kids constantly (2 in diapers at the time) and having leaks like crazy. I only had 2 AIO (all in one) diapers and that wouldn't last long out of the house.

So with baby #3 on the way I bought about AIO (not naming the brand in this post) diapers, 6 in small and 6 in medium. At my baby shower I was about to show them off to one of my cloth diapering friends until she gave me my gift- a FLIP diaper.

After trying this diaper I was and still am kicking myself for buying all those other diapers. This one is soooo much better for me in comparison.
See, I have 3 in diapers, 33 months, 21 months and 4 months.

The FLIP is PERFECT for me! And here's why: The FLIP diaper is a one size (something I had never heard of until that day), so it will fit each of my kids. All I have to do it snap it to the size I need for whichever child. No sorting or digging through my basket to find the right size diaper. Nope. All I have to do now is just grab the cover and the insert and go!

And that's another great thing about the FLIP, is the insert. It is also one size. On the insert, you just fold it to whatever size you need: small, medium and large. The insert is also incredible because the top feels dry even when it's soaked! It's also crazy absorbent! Until the FLIP I had to use disposable diapers on the kids for their naps because all my other diapers couldn't hold that much pee (their naps are 4 hours long).

My only grief about the insert is how much water it holds! My washer is on the fritz and doesn't spin water out good. So it does take my inserts a little longer in the dryer or on the clothes line to dry. But that isn't a product issue- just my washer. :)

Overall I would totally recommend this cloth diaper! It's great if you have a few babies of different ages/sizes in diapers or if you just want to save money and not buy different sizes as your child grows. This diaper can last you from newborn to potty training and back again on the next kiddo :)

Summary: New Flip diaper shell
Comment: I am a mom of 8. We were Huggies users in the past. But with my youngest daughter (now 15 months), I read about the GDiapers and decided to give them a try. LOVED them. However, after a few months the velcro started wearing out. Also, as with most velcro items the velcro sticks to (and sometimes ruins) other clothes. We didn't want to stop using GDiapers as they leave no real footprint on the environment, and they are so good for baby's butt. So...we decided to try some different snap on cloth shells and see if any would work with the biodegradable GDiaper inserts we still had.

The "FLIP" diaper won, hands down. It works fine as a cloth diaper. But we can use the GDiaper inserts and they actually work BETTER with the FLIP shell than with the Gdiaper! Yay, No Velcro! The shell is washable and so far has never stained. No leaks yet either. We bought several more and as our GDiaper shells get replaced, we are replacing them entirely with FLIP. We primarily use the biodegradeable GDiaper inserts rather than true cloth.

My daughter is a VERY petite 15 month old (about 17#). She's got LOTS of growing room in the Flip. I don't know if it would quite work on a newborn, but it wouldn't take long for the FLIP to fit. I am pretty sure the FLIP will take us all the way to potty training.

Whether you go for full cloth or a hybrid like we did, the FLIP is a quality product. Easy to clean, The bright solid colors are great (won't show thru clothes like the prints can). The snaps won't mess up the rest of your laundry like the velcro pocket diapers will. I assume this diaper will last a long time, based on our experience thus far. Give the landfills a break and try it out! :) ......as side note, as initially expensive as cloth diapers can be, please keep in mind just because a diaper has a bunch of positive reviews, it doesn't mean you will like it too. I highly reccommend buying one of several different ones and experimenting to see which works best for you and your baby. If you plan on going full cloth, you might consider the biodegradable Gdiaper liners just for outings. It is kinda gross hauling a buncha poo around, LOL.

Summary: My Favorite Cloth Diaper
Comment: I have so many styles of cloth diapers, but here are the reasons this one is better than any other that I've found:

1- snaps
2- trim fit...the cover is super thin, so it dries easily, and the inserts are also fairly thin
3- stay dry...here's why it's better than a prefold in my mind (my baby always cried as SOON as her PF got wet, with these she is fine)
4- less laundry (better than my pockets)
5- NEVER leaks
6- perfect fit

I could go on, but my best advice is to try this diaper. If they had come out earlier I would have my entire stash made up of these. Sadly, I only have 1 cover and 4 inserts, but sometimes that lasts my 7 month old all day!

If you're considering cloth diapering and are on the fence, I say GO FOR IT! I've had so much fun (yes, fun) with my cloth diapers :) Oh, and you can purchase this on tons of CD websites if it's out of stock here.
