Summary: Disappointed!
Comment: I used to LOVE the Diaper Dekor. We do not use non-biodegradable diapers in this household so it was VERY important to me that the bags were biodegradable. I didn't notice that they had changed back when I ordered some refills. What garbage. Apparently the complaints about smell with the biodegradable bags were from people that don't realize that although the pail collects the diapers for a short time you still need to take them out on a consistent basis! Do you change your child in a timely fashion? Then realize that you need to do the same with the diaper pail!
We actually have a set up downstairs in our dining room for changing during the day and our diaper dekor sits in the corner. We NEVER had a smell issue with the biodegradable bags! I guess I will no longer be ordering Diaper Dekor products...why can't they make both so people can have a choice?

Comment: I have found the Diaper Dekor Plus and it's refills to be very effective. As a first time mother I didn't really see the need for a special diaper dispenser. I thought I could just run the stinky diaper out the the trash each time. Rookie mistake. Anyway, a girlfriend (with two older children) knew my plan and gave me the Diaper Dekor Plus as a gift. I don't know what I would do without it. The smells are controlled, the bags are very easy to change and reasonably priced. Definitely worth the investment - especially at 2:30 am, 4:00 am, 5:45 am, etc.
