Summary: Prevents diaper rash
Comment: I originally started using the diapers that the hospital, in which my daughter was born, used. These were the regular Pampers Swaddlers. When I wanted to order the size 1s in bulk via Amazon, I could only find the sensitive Pampers Swaddlers. So, I decided to try them. As one reviewer pointed out, the sensitive ones have a stripe that changes color when the diaper becomes wet, which does help determine if my baby has peed when she has peed only a little bit. I can always tell when my daughter has a poop or a big pee because the diaper is very heavy (plus the poop is just obvious). But, the change in stripe color has helped me learn that my baby is very sensitive to even a slightly wet diaper. More importantly to me, the sensitive diapers help prevent diaper rash. With the regular Pampers Swaddlers, my daughter often required Desitin for diaper rash. However, since I started to use the Sensitive ones, my daughter rarely has a diaper rash. At this time, I will continue to use only the Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive diapers.

Summary: Love the moisture sensitive strip
Comment: with the regular pampers I could hardly make out when it was wet...i actually had to touch the inside of the diaper and it was still difficult to determine, but now with the moisture sensitive strip that turns blue when wet...its super duper easy...this product is absolutely awesome

Summary: Excellent for breastfed babies
Comment: Breastfed babies poop. A lot. A skidmark with each feeding and at least 3-5 'mudslides' a day. Other diapers do not go as far up in the back as these do and thus they leak poop out the top. Yes, I'm talking a lot of poop. The fabric is so soft. The indicator strip is useful too. These do have a baby perfume scent to them but it is not offensive or irritating to the babies I have used them on. Must-have. Tried all the others and they all leaked.

Comment: They used these diapers at the hospital where my son was born. For three days I didn't understand how the nurses could tell my son needed changing from 15 feet away!
The indicator on the diaper turns blue if your baby is wet or soiled - absolutely awesome feature for a new dad like me :-)

Summary: Awesome Butt Covers!
Comment: I absolutely love the wet alert line! These are the diapers we used while at the hospital. When we got home, I had purchased regular Swaddlers & my husband & I both missed the little line! When babies are so small it can sometimes be difficult to tell if they are wet or not because of the super absorbency of diapers today, but with the sensitive swaddlers you have the little yellow line that turns blue when baby is wet!
