Customer Rating: Summary: Must have for cloth diaper users Comment: This is a great product for those that use cloth diapers. It's basically very strong toilet paper precut to the length of the diaper. When you pull it off the diaper it takes most, if not all of the nasty solid waste with it. In most cases I don't have to anything special to the poopy diaper and it can be put directly into the washer after I flush the paper liner. It's safe for septic tanks too and won't clog your pipes as it's basically just toilet paper. It's the most cost effective way of doing this. I tried just using regular toilet paper and it doesn't work. It just falls apart when you try to take it out. You have to use something like this.
I have tried all the other brands of this product on Amazon. Of all the brands of this product, I like "Kushies Flushable" the best. It had the best balance of soft, and strong. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes the pre-cut serrations are poorly done and they can rip in the wrong place if you are not careful. But this seems to be specific to each roll. Most rolls I don't have this problem; it's just annoying when you do get a roll like that.
Customer Rating: Summary: Work great Comment: I'm happy with this product because it alleviates much of the mess from cleaning up a dirty clothe diaper. While the liners are plenty long, I wish they were a bit wider.
Customer Rating: Summary: Do the job, but not great Comment: These are not that easy to separate, you have to concentrate in order not to rip the sheet. Previous liners I've used, you just pull without thinking and they tear easily. Combined with the fact that in reality, you shouldn't flush them (if they can survive a wash, then it's going to be tough to get down the toilet) means that advertised "product features" are a misnomer.
Customer Rating: Summary: Works, but... Comment: These do their intended purpuse, but they are not very soft at all. I use cloth because I want something soft next to my baby's bottom, and these are not soft at all. The hold up well, although I have not tried washing them like some say you can. They tend to bunch up on my crawler, so sometimes aren't effective. Honestly, we only got through half a roll before I got frustrated with them... Liners aren't really necessary anyway. Use a piece of fleece if you really don't want the poop on your diapers. Oh, and don't flush these, they will clog up your septic tank. All in all, I wouldn't recommend these.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good product, Not safe to flush in old plumbing Comment: These may be flushable, but I would hesitate to flush them in iffy, old plumbing that is prone to clogging (I won't be trying to flush these, my sewer line is temperamental enough already).
I just got them and have started to use them. They are a bit more stiff than I had anticipated, but they should save my diapers from any ointment. I wish that the product description included the number of liners that are on the roll.
