Comment: We use this product for the overnight stretch and in the time we have been doing so, there has been no sign of rash. So no news is good news in this case.

Summary: Best Baby Hiney Cream around
Comment: Made by the European division of Johnson & Johnson it has been soothing tiny hineys for generations. Difficult to impossible to find in stores (try German butcher shops who sell groceries). More people should know about this creme. Great baby shower gift or new baby gift; every family should have a tin at home for skin irritations anyway. Smells great, goes on well, not too greasy or thick; blends into skin. The texture of the creme is wonderful as well. A child-care provider I know rated this higher than Desitin or other baby behind products.

Comment: My mom is German, and even though this product is not sold in the country I am residing in, the cream is a must in our household..
Aside from the popular use as a daiper rash cream... its also the best face cream ever..
I have this huge pimple on my right check and it refuses to go away! It's been there for 2 months
Then, I remembered that my cousin, who is pharmacist in Germany, recommends adults use it as a face cream.
And so used it on a daily bases...
Three days later, the pimple is almost gone....

Comment: Penaten is a great cream to protect damaged skin and help it heal. It seals in moisturizer and allows the skin to recover. It is basically a German diaper creme and therefore is healthful and effective on adult skin problems as well. I have a bad allergic dermatitis on my hand that has frustrated me for two years...this cream helped it heal and protects it on a daily basis. So glad a friend recommended it to me.

Comment: I used this cream 22 years ago on my daughter. If she took an antibiotic she'd develop a yeast infection. Now her 22 month old son does the same thing.
Penaten is the best thing to get rid of a yeast infection/diaper rash. Would literally clear it up before your eyes. Can't wait until we get the new tin.
