Summary: It is dry
Comment: When I usually buy wipes, it is with the tub. There is wrapped wipes inside. But in this packaging, there was tub and already opened wipes inside. Top of the wipes were dry and all 8 packages were the same. I would rather buy refills which is wrapped good, than bunch of tubs now. Not only that, maybe because it is Sensitive wipes, it doesn't clean well.

Comment: I love these wipes. They never irritate my childrens' skin, and they are soft. Only one thing, they do not work well for older toddlers who make "big" messes, if you know what I mean.
